Lynne, an artist, and Cindy, a public school teacher, have been neighbors and friends for many years. After experiencing Hurricane Helene, they witnessed the strength of neighbors joining together to help one another. Inspired by her longtime friend Dot Griffith, co-founder of Giving at Potlucks in Avery County, Lynne joined with Cindy to bring this initiative to Buncombe County. Together, they look forward to connecting with women across Buncombe County, supporting local charities they know, and discovering new ones along the way.
